At Kepler, we know our people are our most valuable asset! We’re looking for a Manager to join our Client Operations team. As Manager, you will be an integral player to the success of a growing business. This person will play a key role in managing our talent across our two core businesses, Kepler and Napkyn, for our account-focused roles including: Optimization and Innovation, Client Solutions, Data Strategy & Analytics, and Campaign Operations.

What You Will Do:

  • Assign team members to open roles across our scopes of work, taking into consideration skill alignment, professional goals, and business prioritizations.
  • Consider business factors such as profitability, risk, timing, skill match, and location constraints when staffing roles.
  • Responsible for managing the utilization targets and ensuring our talent is optimally allocated to fulfill client needs.
  • Responsible for bench management and working closely with our Human Resources Partners to address performance issues, relocations, job rotations, exits, etc.
  • Collaborate with account leadership to plan staff onboarding/offboarding, ensuring communication is shared in a timely manner and in line with company best practices
  • Collaborate with talent team to clearly define new role requirements and ensure feedback on candidates are delivered promptly to help improve the hiring process
  • Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting to our leadership teams.
  • Leveraging business intelligence tools to manage workforce data and provide insights for decision-making.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in talent management, capacity & workforce management
  • Proven intermediate to advanced expertise with Google suite (docs, sheets, slides) for data analysis and designing SOPs, trainings, and reference materials
  • The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in support of our employees
  • Ability to work proactively, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to detail

What we’d love to see:

  • Working knowledge of HR systems
  • Familiarity with people analytics, HR practices, and employee lifecycle 
  • Cross-functional leadership, able to work across peers and company leaders to craft solutions to resourcing challenges and seamlessly manage these to completion
