We are looking for a Change Management Lead to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Change Management Lead, you will improve the overall experience for employees during transitions by providing support and reducing uncertainty meeting both organization objectives and the needs of the employees. You will maximize the adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working to ensure that the intended benefits of change are realized and sustainable over the long term.

 

A Day in the Life 

  • Change Strategy & Framework – Design and implement strategies to manage project and organizational change effectively, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption. Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies. Define the scope, goals, and objectives of change initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management – Engaging with key stakeholders across different levels of the organization to communicate change objectives, gather feedback and address concerns. Identifying all impacted stakeholders in any chance initiative and create an effective approach to manage and mitigate the change.
  • Change Communication & Impact Assessment - Developing communication plans to keep employees informed about the change. Create and deliver effective communication through various channels to ensure clarity and transparency. Assessing the impact of changes on individuals and teams within the organization and developing mitigation strategies where necessary.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Document change management processes, plan and outcomes. Provide regular reports to leadership on the progress and impact of change initiatives.
  • Performance Measurement: Establishing metrics and mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, and adjusting as needed.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Establishing metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives. Monitor progress and adjust as needed to ensure success.

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in degree in Business Administration, Change Management, Communications, or a related field of study.
  • 5-10 years of relevant change management or project management experience in the IT sector.
  • Experience in leadership or managerial roles would be an asset
  • Professional certification such as Prosci Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) would be an asset.
  • Cultural sensitivity and global perspective
  • Negotiation skills and working through ambiguity
  • Organizational understanding & strategic alignment
