About the Role

The Marketing team plays a critical role in driving demand, pipeline growth, and customer engagement across KEV’s portfolio of solutions. We partner closely with Revenue, Product, and Customer teams to bring integrated campaigns to life that resonate with our audiences and support business growth.

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to own the planning, execution, and optimization of multi‑channel marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle. This role In this role, you’ll translate business goals into integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. You’ll work cross‑functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable impact. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data‑driven, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Based in our new Toronto office at Yonge and Eglington, this role will be in-office 3 days per week. 


How You’ll Contribute
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, events, and paid channels — driving demand generation, pipeline growth, and customer engagement.
  • Own campaign strategy and timelines from brief through launch and post‑campaign analysis — ensuring on‑time delivery and consistent execution across channels.
  • Partner closely with Revenue, Product, and Content teams to align campaigns with go‑to‑market priorities, product launches, and sales motions — improving cross‑functional alignment and impact.
  • Manage campaign performance and reporting by tracking KPIs such as engagement, conversion, and pipeline influence — enabling data‑driven optimization and decision‑making.
  • Develop campaign messaging and positioning frameworks in collaboration with Brand and Content — ensuring clear, compelling, and audience‑centric narratives.
  • Optimize and iterate campaigns based on insights and testing — improving performance, scalability, and ROI over time.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and best practices — supporting repeatable, scalable marketing execution as the team grows.

Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in campaign management, demand generation, or integrated marketing within a B2B environment
  • B2B SaaS experience required; EdTech or FinTech experience preferred but not required
  • Proven experience owning and executing end‑to‑end, multi‑channel marketing campaigns with measurable business impact
  • Hands‑on experience working with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot (or other marketing automation platform), Asana, and marketing and analytics platforms
  • Strong ability to manage complex timelines and collaborate cross‑functionally with Revenue, Product, and Marketing stakeholders
  • Exceptional skills in storytelling, messaging, and campaign positioning — enabling clear, compelling narratives that drive engagement and conversion
  • Experience using performance data and insights to optimize campaigns and inform decision‑making
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Salary Range - $95,000 - $115,000 

Note: We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
