Fixed Term Contract: Up to 12 months
We are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will partner with various business units to identify their needs and help to implement solutions and processes to achieve their strategic goals. Our team takes great pride in developing and implementing solutions for our business partners.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Dedicated support for Salesforce CRM.

  • Works with stakeholders and business groups to define/document specifications for development/support of Salesforce CRM.

  • Work with Salesforce Developers to build solutions on the Salesforce platforms.

  • Manage the project/development cycle.  Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.  Coordinate review, testing, validation and training with all involved stakeholders and business units.

  • Assist with lead/functional testing.  Reviews deliverables before passing onto to stakeholders.

  • Document process and provide training

  • Promote user adoption and engagement of the Salesforce platform.  Measure the effectiveness of solutions/developments.

  • Support the integrity of the data within the Salesforce platforms.  Assist with recurring maintenance and data validation.   

  • Review, understand, and test Salesforce releases and new products.  Identify potential opportunities to enable the business.

  • Test and review any third-party vendors and applications that integrate with the Salesforce platforms.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for the Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Service Cloud.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Post-secondary education

  • 2+ years working experience as a Business Analyst

  • 2+ years working with Salesforce

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong time-management and prioritizing abilities

This role follows our in office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is$55,000 to $95,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company
