Position Overview:
The Business Partner, Product Integrity and Compliance is responsible for ensuring that Canada Goose products meet all applicable international product compliance regulations as well as internal standards. This role leads the implementation and governance of compliance processes across the product development lifecycle. With a strong focus on material development and finished product compliance, the role ensures compliance requirements are effectively interpreted, validated, and embedded across cross‑functional teams to drive consistent adherence throughout the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Accountable for ensuring raw material development /finished product development / top of productions meet Canada Goose product safety, regulatory compliance, performance and labeling requirements.
- Conduct material and product risk assessments to identify potential quality, GB, performance & RSL issues and provide recommended solutions to stakeholders.
- Establish new relationships for Product Integrity & Compliance and enhance existing ones.
- Lead process improvements for Product Integrity & Compliance.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining testing protocols.
- Contribute in training and development for the Product Integrity & Compliance team.
- Participate in key meetings: proto reviews, product development meetings, material development meetings, cross department and MDI.
- Responsible for the management of testing for raw materials development, prototypes, mock-ups, salesman samples and TOP testing.
- Cross-functional technical support.
- Responsible to advise focus areas for testing & inspections to QA RM & QA FG based risk assessments & test results.
- Work with Warranty & Returns to analyze product failures and customer complaints, and provide feedback and recommendations to the Design, Material Development, and Product Development departments.
- Create comprehensive reports and analysis on all assigned categories/styles and communicate to all stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Work with 3rd party laboratories to create and develop new test methods as required by Canada Goose.
- Manage and track production and analysis lead times to ensure timely delivery in accordance with established project schedules and critical milestones.
- Accountable for the escalation of any and all quality issues, testing failures and potential risk to the Senior Manager, Product Integrity & Compliance.
- Implement and communicate all aspects of Canada Goose product safety, regulatory compliance, product performance and product labeling requirements to internal and external stakeholders
Let's Talk About You:
- 5+ years of experience in the apparel manufacturing Industry, outerwear experience preferred
- Degree in Fashion/Textiles Manufacturing
- Textile Engineering and Lab Testing Knowledge
- Previous working experience in EU, China and Global Testing and Industry standards.
- Experience in workshop facilitation and presenting requirements to a business audience.
- Experience in managing medium to large scale and cross functional projects
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and Power BI for reporting and data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize, operate proactively, work as a team and handle challenges.
- Confident, articulate, goal oriented, self-motived and hard working.
- Ability to present technical information to a variety of audiences in a way that is easily understood.
- Capable of multi-tasking while working in a team environment to perform tasks cross functionally.

Salary Range:
$54,000.00 - $76,000.00 / yearAbout the salary range: We’re committed to being open and fair about pay. The range provided is intended as a guideline and does not represent a guaranteed offer.
