What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting senior leaders in an HRBP capacity
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes
- Experience operating in fast-moving, evolving environments
- Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities
- Sound judgment and confidence handling complex employee and leadership situations
- Someone who is proactive, practical, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
- Experience with HR systems and people analytics. HiBob experience is an asset
- CHRP designation is an asset
