Reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence, the Consultant will be responsible for supporting the data, CRM, reporting, and operational processes that enable Canadian Retail Wealth sales teams to execute effectively. The role will maintain and improve advisor, dealer, branch, firm, territory, product, activity, and campaign information across key platforms; support territory planning, advisor transitions, coverage realignments, sales desk assignments, campaign targeting, and reporting requests; and help ensure that business rules, data definitions, and reporting outputs are accurate, documented, and aligned to sales leadership priorities. The Consultant will work closely with sales leaders, wholesalers, internal sales, national accounts, marketing, business intelligence, CRM operations, and senior stakeholders to clarify needs, coordinate execution, and turn marketplace insight into practical field action.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Builds understanding of advisor, dealer, branch, product, territory, and campaign dynamics over time.
  • Asks thoughtful questions to understand the commercial purpose behind requests, not just the task being assigned.
  • Handles data, reporting, CRM, campaign, and territory details carefully, recognizing that small inaccuracies can affect sales execution and leadership decisions.
  • Documents assumptions, follows through on requests, and escalates questions or issues when something does not look right.
  • Helps turn business questions into clear reporting, analysis, process, or CRM requirements.
  • Looks for practical ways to make information easier for sales teams and leaders to understand, trust, and act on.
  • Coordinates details, tracks progress, and helps keep reporting, campaign, territory, and sales enablement work moving forward.
  • Balances responsiveness with good judgment, prioritizing work based on business impact and stakeholder needs.
  • Builds productive working relationships across sales, marketing, business intelligence, CRM, operations, and leadership partners.
  • Communicates status, risks, trade-offs, and next steps in a clear and professional way.

 Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in Canadian retail wealth distribution, sales enablement, business intelligence, sales operations, marketing, CRM, campaign support, or a related investment distribution support role.
  • Exposure to the Canadian retail wealth marketplace, including advisor, dealer, branch, territory, product, or national account dynamics. Direct experience in every area is not required.
  • Comfort working with CRM, reporting, or data tools such as Salesforce, SS&C SalesConnect, CRM Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms; advanced development experience is not required.
  • A collaborative, detail-oriented, and curious professional who can communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, and learn how data, tools, and sales processes support field execution.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Québec.

When you join our team:

  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
  • We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.
  • As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
