You’ll experiment with messaging, and iterate on what works to drive measurable results. You’ll work closely with our sales and growth teams to shape the outbound playbook, share insights from the field, and help build the foundation for a scalable go-to-market engine.

  • Run outbound campaigns through email, phone, LinkedIn, attending events and other strategies to build a pipeline.
  • Test messaging, cadences, and outreach tactics to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to generate qualified opportunities and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives during the sales cycle.
Experimentation & Feedback Loops
  • Continuously experiment with new outreach strategies to improve results.
  • Share feedback from prospects to help shape Loop’s messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Become an expert in Loop’s products and communicate our value proposition clearly and confidently.

  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development
  • Proven ability to prospect customers and book meetings with decision-makers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience using CRM and outbound sales prospecting tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota.
Mindset & Style
  • You’re driven, curious, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • You take ownership of your targets and find creative ways to hit them.
  • You’re resilient — rejection doesn’t faze you, it fuels you.
  • You’re eager to help build something from the ground up.

It's a Bonus if You Have

  • Experience working at a start-up.

What's in it for you?
