We are growing our Growth Team and hiring an ambitious, performance-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join us at our Oakville office.

The Opportunity

This is not a high-volume cold-calling role. This is a strategic growth role.

As a BDR at Measure Marketing, you will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline opportunities that convert into long-term client partnerships. You will manage inbound leads, support outbound prospecting initiatives, and work closely with leadership to drive revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who understands digital marketing and wants to be directly tied to revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads with speed, professionalism, and strategic insight
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect business goals, growth challenges, and marketing maturity
  • Execute outbound prospecting initiatives including LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and targeted account research
  • Build tailored outreach messaging aligned with each prospect’s growth objectives
  • Develop customized sales presentations and collaborate on proposal strategy
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
  • Meet or exceed monthly pipeline generation and revenue contribution targets
  • Stay informed on B2B marketing trends, competitive landscape, and industry shifts
  • Work closely with the Growth Strategists and Leadership Team to ensure seamless handoff and positioning

You will be evaluated on pipeline quality, revenue contribution, and strategic alignment — not just activity metrics.

Who You Are
  • 2–4+ years in business development, sales, or agency-side growth roles
  • Experience in a marketing agency environment strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing: SEO, Paid Media, Content, and performance strategy
  • Confident leading discovery conversations with B2B decision-makers
  • Comfortable discussing ROI, growth strategy, and marketing performance
  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and sales automation tools

Must-Haves
  • Eligible to work full-time in Canada
  • Ability to commute daily to our Oakville, ON office (this is an in-office role)
  • Agency or digital marketing experience
