Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our ever evolving Sales Team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you will drive meaningful growth by bringing innovative payment and technology solutions to businesses, helping them streamline operations and unlock new revenue potential. Your work directly contributes to Global Payments’ mission of enabling commerce worldwide by connecting businesses with the tools they need to succeed—creating tangible impact for clients, strengthening the local market presence, and advancing your own career in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.

What you’ll own
  • Drive net-new business growth by building and converting a strong sales pipeline, expanding market share and delivering consistent revenue against monthly and annual targets.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—creating tailored solutions that solve client challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Strengthen client relationships and retention by delivering exceptional consultative experiences, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Leverage market insights and local networks to identify new opportunities, influence sales strategy and position Global Payments as a trusted partner in the region.
  • Use data and CRM (Salesforce) to enhance pipeline visibility, improve forecasting accuracy and accelerate decision-making that drives business performance.
  • We offer a base salary of $65,000 per year plus uncapped monthly commissions.
What you’ll bring
  • Proven success in B2B (business-to-business) sales with 2–5 years of experience consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers, supported by an established local business network.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage the full sales funnel, from lead generation through closing complex deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
  • High level of ownership, resilience and self-motivation, thriving in a quota-driven, fast-paced environment.
It’s a bonus if you have
  • Experience selling technology or payment solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools to manage pipeline and performance.
  • A track record of success in commission-based sales environments.
