What you’ll do
Sell LEAP software and achieve your revenue quota

  • Run webinar demos and sales presentations that show firms what LEAP can do for them
  • Follow up on every task, email and activity needed to win as many opportunities as possible

  • Build relationships with customers who can open doors to more firms
  • Prospect in your territory and take ownership of top-of-funnel pipeline growth

Manage your pipeline

  • Keep Salesforce up to date with accurate tasks, notes and forecasting
  • Coordinate with internal teams and contacts at the prospect firm to give every deal its best shot
  • Bring in teammates and leadership when it helps move a deal forward

Keep growing

What you’ll bring

  • 2–3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology, with a proven record of hitting or beating quota

  • Consultative selling skills. You find the real business problem and show how your solution fixes it
  • Confidence with decision-makers. You can build trust with senior partners, directors and business owners, and hold your own in commercial conversations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, from a sharp follow-up email to a compelling live demo
  • Organization and discipline. You manage your time, pipeline and forecast with accuracy
  • A strong will to win, plus the coachability to keep getting better
