THE COMPANY
This position will support a Portfolio of Volaris Group. Job Description:

THE POSITION

You will help to drive our acquisition activities in several industries globally by sourcing and supporting acquisitions of vertical-market-software companies by:

  • Cleansing, validating, and compiling prospect data in Salesforce database from multiple sources
  • Conducting market research to identify and map out potentially attractive markets to pursue and software companies to acquire.
  • Obtaining high-level financial and operational information about target companies.
  • Research organizations, advisory groups, and trade conferences
  • Supporting the larger team on other business development related projects and with ad-hoc analysis
