What will you be doing?
Collaborating with external or group wide specialists to facilitate ideation, requirement gathering, design and delivery of initiatives.
Generating insights, identifying key and emerging trends and issues relating to delivering strategy and underpinning capabilities.
Analysing, modelling and determining appropriate approaches to improve member experience and operational efficiency.
Providing data-driven recommendations on the improvement of systems and processes, measuring success of implementation and sharing key lessons learned.
What are we looking for in you?
Experience with business requirements elicitation, analysis, workshop facilitation and supporting business case development.
Proven track record of translating technical and detailed data into user-friendly documentation and recommendations based on the data.
Commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically and identify and mitigate risks to the program as well as opportunities.
You can collaborate effectively with other teams across the organisation, demonstrating understanding around what motivates and challenges colleagues in different areas.
Demonstrated experience establishing and working in small, multidisciplinary, entrepreneurial and adaptive teams of internal and external resources.
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders.
