About the Team & Business Line:

Your Role:
- System & Process Management
- Lead the support and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on CoreHR and Absence
- Drive issue resolution through technical troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration
- Develop and maintain process and system documentation and process maps
- Strategic Partnership & Collaboration
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technical requirements
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, functional experts, and business leaders to deliver optimal solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership on technology capabilities and opportunities
- Analysis & Implementation
- Conduct business impact analysis and recommend solutions that align with organizational strategy
- Perform comprehensive data analysis, validation, and visualization for decision support
- Coordinate and contribute to all phases of testing, including the development of test plans and test scripts
- Evaluate upcoming releases and new features for strategic fit and business value
- Elicit, design, implement and support reports and reporting requirements
- Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business units
- Support end-user training and system adoption
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users
About You:
- Minimum 6 years of proven, demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or Business Consultant on Oracle HCM
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related discipline is required
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM (CoreHR, Absence) or other HCM applications.
- Cloud certifications in Cloud applications and experience in CoreHR and Absence
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis capabilities (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization)
- Proficient with OTBI and other reporting tools to aid ad-hoc reporting and data analysis
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint is an asset
- Strong project management skills, including a good understanding of project phases and lifecycles
- Experience in HCM data management, including performing audits for accuracy and compliance
- Business-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with little guidance
- Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail
Salary Range: CAD $94,000 - CAD $122,000
