Job Description

• All aspects of the business analyst process from end to end (e.g. user requirements, implementation strategy, user training, etc.)

• Work with stakeholders to clarify and define software feature requirements 

• Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing issues, defining opportunities for business process improvements and making recommendations within assigned area of responsibility

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans

• Act as a resource in the exchange of technical information with project teams, the business and outside vendors

Qualifications

• Gathering requirements from product department / software engineering / operations. 

• Using requirements gathered to create recommendations and plans for organizing inter-departmental project with discrete steps. 

• Use online methods to research technologies, products, and markets, and synthesize and prepare easily consumable reports. 

• Should have experience with email flow technologies/email encryption or statements/authentication/network security/email projects****
