Role Overview:
It is important that the services be undertaken by a
professional who can demonstrate specific knowledge of, and experience in
performing similar work for projects of comparable nature, size, and scope as
outlined below.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
Human Resources, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Data
Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
· Minimum 5 years of experience delivering
business and IT analytical work packages, including:
o Current‑state
and future‑state assessments
o Process
and workflow diagrams
o Data
flow diagrams
o Business
requirements documentation
o Cost‑benefit
and supporting financial analysis
· Minimum 5 years of experience working within
human resources business functions and HR information systems
· Strong understanding of data warehouses, data
sources, and data relationships to generate meaningful insights and reports
· Strong knowledge of business rules and modeling
techniques, including:
o Architecture
o Use
case modeling
o Conceptual
and logical data modeling
o Business
rules
o Functional
and non‑functional requirements
· Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration,
and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to support multiple project
deadlines and documentation needs
· Excellent written and verbal communication
skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership, subject
matter experts, and internal and external stakeholders
· Advanced proficiency with modeling tools such as
Visio and Draw.io
Mandatory Requirements (Must‑Haves):
· Minimum 5 years of experience delivering
business and IT analytical work packages, including current‑state and future‑state
assessments, process and workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams, business
requirements documentation, cost‑benefit analysis, and financial analysis
· Minimum 5 years of experience supporting human
resources business functions and HR information systems
· Strong understanding of data warehouses, data
sources, and data relationships
· Strong knowledge of business rules and modeling
techniques, including architecture, use cases, conceptual and logical data
modeling, and non‑functional requirements
· Strong stakeholder management, teamwork, and
problem‑solving capabilities

system changes (including SAP)
· Requirements analysis and gap analysis

· Workflow and process diagrams
· Data flow and data model diagrams
· Project management documentation
