You will own the planning, design, and implementation of improvements, collaborating closely with business functions and cross-functional teams to mature analytics capabilities into advanced analytics.

  • You are building and maintaining a Community of Practice (CoP) within PTDS-PLAN to share best practices, news, improvement ideas, and knowledge about reporting capabilities.

  • You are contributing to or leading projects impacting supply chain planning, such as End to End network analysis, ASPIRE, and inventory and waste optimization.

  • You are challenging the status quo, targeting breakthrough innovations, and benchmarking internally and externally to bring best practices to Roche.

Who you are
  • You hold a degree in engineering, mathematics, informatics, or a related field, backed by proven experience in Supply Chain planning and management.

  • You possess +5 years of experience in managing/using enterprise reporting applications (e.g., BW, Tableau) and dashboard design.

  • You have solid know-how of ERP systems, preferably OMP, SAP APO, and SAP ECC/S4 Hana, alongside a deep understanding of clinical supply chain processes.

  • You have a proven track record in systems and data modeling, as well as programming/scripting languages (Python, R, OPAL, JavaScript, or similar).

  • You display strong analytical, logic, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to the planning community.

  • You are characterized by a continuous improvement mindset, a passion for collaboration, and experience working in cross-functional, global environments.

Preferred
  • Experience with Python, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or advanced analytical models applied to supply chain optimization is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of IRT functionalities for clinical trials (translating clinical trial protocols into supply chain parameters) is valued.

  • APICS and/or SCOR certifications are a strong plus.
