Job Description:

What will you work on?
As the Creative Operations Project Manager, you will support the Creative Operations Director and the Global Creative Production team in managing global creative assets. You will be responsible for operational workflows, vendor relationships, and production processes, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining our high operational standards.

How will you create impact?

  • Manage the day-to-day creative operations, production workflows, and department initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to monitor approvals, timelines, and budgets.

  • Oversee the maintenance of production dockets, project trackers, and production spend documentation.

  • Manage vendor, freelancer, and third-party relationships, including onboarding and contract coordination (MSAs, NDAs).

  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and final payment reconciliations for a high volume of projects.

  • Develop and maintain the Global Content Tracker and other production tracking tools to ensure data accuracy and cross-functional usability.

  • Identify workflow gaps and inefficiencies, recommending practical improvements to enhance speed and clarity.

  • Create and distribute workflow documentation, process guides, and training materials for the team.

What are your skills and experience?

  • Previous experience in project management, creative operations, or production coordination within a marketing or creative environment.

  • Strong understanding of production workflows, vendor management, and budgeting.

  • Expertise in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with project management and budgeting tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $65,000 to $70,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
