Lyft is looking for a data-driven, passionate, and collaborative Marketer to join our Marketing team as an Brand Marketing Manager. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing diverse marketing campaigns, managing creative development, overseeing daily operations and budgets, executing broad initiatives across digital and traditional media, and driving performance reporting to innovate Lyft's marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will be supporting an integrated brand marketing campaign to launch in priority markets across the US in 2026. Your role will specifically focus on market leadership of XFN teams to monitor business impact in each market.

  • Own performance reporting in coordination with internal media team and agencies
  • Lead cross-functional teams to concept and execute marketing programs (e.g. brand/social campaigns, experiential marketing, partnership activations)
  • Work with our internal creative team and agency partners to manage creative development
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations (e.g. business affair processes, budget management, legal approvals, internal/external stakeholder reviews)
  • Develop go-to-market strategy and executional plan for marketing programs
  • Lead the development of owned and operated campaign extensions inclusive of in app, email, web and OOH inventory
  • Partner with venue-partnerships team to scale campaigns across Lyft’s sports and entertainment venue media placements
Experience:
  • 8+ years relevant work experience in marketing, with proven ability to manage large-scale marketing campaigns. 
  • Background working with traditional and digital media
  • Experience leading full-funnel lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, in-app messaging/advertising, and website touchpoints to drive user engagement and retention.
  • Experience operating within complex organizations with many stakeholders, ideally including decentralized HQ/field marketing dynamics
  • Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail with the capability to work on multiple campaigns/priorities simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication and ability to problem solve with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and team-oriented environment
  • Understanding of KPIs and campaign performance metrics across marketing channels

Lyft highly values having employees working in-office to foster a collaborative work environment and company culture. This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office at least 3 days per week, including on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $108,000 - CAD $135,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
