What you can expect when joining the team

We are seeking a Billing & Revenue Operations Lead to oversee and optimize billing, invoicing, revenue operations, and related financial processes across multiple business units and operational workflows.

This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, and operational teams. You will play a key role in ensuring billing accuracy, operational efficiency, revenue integrity, and process scalability in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, this is a hands-on operational role combining billing operations, revenue-related financial activities, systems coordination, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your daily life

During the day, you will be led to:

  • Prepare and oversee recurring billing and invoicing activities across multiple products and operational workflows;

  • Ensure billing accuracy and alignment with contractual agreements and internal processes;

  • Coordinate billing-related activities across financial and operational systems;

  • Support customer billing inquiries, reconciliations, and collections follow-ups;

  • Participate in month-end close activities related to billing and revenue operations;

  • Support revenue recognition processes in accordance with internal policies and accounting standards;

  • Prepare recurring operational and financial reporting related to revenue activities;

  • Support audit activities related to billing and revenue operations;

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Customer Success, BI, and IT teams to support operational workflows and data quality;

  • Contribute to the integrity and reliability of billing and operational data across systems;

  • Support operational activities related to process changes, integrations, and acquired entities.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardize workflows, and reduce manual tasks;

  • Maintain operational documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives related to billing and revenue operations.

Your profile

Are you a motivated finance professional, known for your strong analytical skills and your ability to collaborate cross-functionally? Are you looking for the opportunity to drive financial success within a dynamic team? The sky is the limit! If you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (CPA is an asset);

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in billing operations, finance operations, revenue operations, or SaaS operational finance;

  • Good understanding of recurring revenue and subscription-based business models;

  • Experience participating in month-end financial processes and reconciliations;

  • Strong operational rigor and attention to detail;

  • Advanced Excel proficiency and strong systems adaptability;

  • Experience working with ERP, billing, CRM, or reporting systems;

  • Excellent organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills;

  • Ability to manage recurring operational deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
