Build and ship React Native features for iOS and Android, participate in technical design, write well-tested secure code, use AI-assisted tools responsibly, work on CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane), resolve performance and reliability issues, and collaborate with product, design, and teammates.

Lead an 8-12 person multidisciplinary software delivery team, own delivery execution, align with Product and Architecture, remove blockers, coach engineers, track quality and performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement and AI adoption while fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.

Manage a pooled portfolio of SaaS customers to drive adoption, retention, value realization, and expansion. Build and operationalize scalable customer success programs, playbooks, journeys, and health scoring. Monitor health signals, mitigate risks, run engagement campaigns, and surface Voice of Customer insights. Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, reporting, and customer outcomes.
