About the role

The Billing Analyst will be responsible for the overall billing process for Professional Services, and Software license and support orders. We are looking for a driven professional who can manage several responsibilities simultaneously and enjoys challenges. This role will report to the Revenue Manager. The ideal candidate must have a strong sense of collaboration. The position represents a good challenge and growth opportunity for taking on more responsibilities over time.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

· Processing and controlling the billing cycle for Professional Services and Software license and support orders.

· Creating, updating, and maintaining customer and contact master tables in Billing systems

· Logging and tracking new bookings in relevant systems.

· Working closely with Project Managers, and other cross functional teams to ensure timecards, and expense reports are processed timely and accurately.

· Prepare and track intercompany billings between relevant entities.

· Maintain monthly accounting schedules ensuring proper monthly updating and reconciliation.

· Assisting with other Ad-hoc tasks such as providing audit support and answering billing questions when needed.

What do you bring to the role?

  • Over 3 years of experience in billing, order management, and accounting.
  • You have a solid understanding of the notion of bookings, orders, billing and forecasting

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Great at multi-tasking an adaptable to changing needs of the organization
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Sense of autonomy, initiative, and responsibility
  • Team player
  • Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
  • ERP Systems experience and PSA (Professional Services Administration) Systems experience a plus.
