Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across Canada, the U.S., and LATAM, supporting roles across warehouse, customer service, corporate, and sales functions
  • Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, networking, referrals, market research, and targeted headhunting of passive candidates
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, guide hiring decisions, and deliver an efficient, consistent, and high-quality recruitment experience
  • Develop compelling job postings, structured interview guides, and assessment approaches; train and support hiring managers on recruitment best practices and effective candidate evaluation
  • Act as a subject matter expert on sourcing and recruitment strategies, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities across regions
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to evolve recruitment strategies, tools, and channels aligned to business needs
  • Support and promote a strong employer brand across all recruitment channels in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Contribute to the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes, practices, and candidate experience
  • Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of Dayforce Recruitment and Onboarding, including process design, testing, and user adoption
  • Maintain and optimize recruitment platforms, including the careers page, ensuring alignment with corporate branding
  • Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates) to inform decisions and improve outcomes
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and external partners to support ongoing talent pipeline development
  • Perform other related duties as required

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with exposure to multi-country or regional recruitment preferred
  • Experience recruiting within the technology, consumer electronics, gaming, or retail industries is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (required); Portuguese is an asset
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Dayforce Recruitment and Onboarding is strongly preferred or experience supporting HRIS implementations
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across different regions and functions
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing both active and passive candidates across a variety of roles
  • Experience analyzing and presenting recruitment metrics (e.g., turnover, vacancy rates, time-to-fill)
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and awareness of varying employment legislation across regions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Key Attributes

  • Curious and business-minded, with a desire to understand how teams operate
  • Creative and persistent in sourcing hard-to-find talent
  • Collaborative and solutions-oriented
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable working across cultures and geographies
