What you will do:

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, you will provide essential administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring the smooth execution of key recruitment processes. Your responsibilities will include offer letter production, job postings, data management, reporting, and assisting with field hiring functions. With fluency in French and English, you will help facilitate clear and seamless communication across all hiring activities

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze key data and metrics to generate high-quality reports for the team and business leaders
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality reporting with a strong understanding of important recruitment metrics
  • Oversee the weekly internal job announcement board and ensure accurate and timely updates
  • Manage the general jobs inbox, providing regular support to employees and candidates
  • Facilitate the onboarding process by sending out critical emails and documents for first-day assistance
  • Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and complement for various field roles
  • Coordinate hiring manager interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Assist in organizing and supporting career fairs, hiring events, and recruitment initiatives
  • Administer French language competency assessments for bilingual roles

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field is required, or a combination of education and relevant experience
  • Bilingual (French & English) – Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment Coordination is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
