Are you ready to launch a fulfilling career in Sales with Canada's leading FinTech? As an Inside Sales Consultant, you'll own the full sales cycle—helping businesses grow their online presence and access tools to succeed in today's evolving commerce landscape. Your success will come from the relationships you build, the targets you achieve, and the product knowledge you master and share.

Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to Manager, Sales Centre.

Posting Type: Talent Pipeline for our upcoming sales class on October 26, 2026.

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is

$47,630 - $66,681.

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from the first point of contact until you close the sale.

  • Prospect for new business between inbound calls by performing outbound calls and managing partner leads.

  • Work in a self-directed manner, navigating through a fast-paced environment and meeting productivity standards.

  • Maintain knowledge of Moneris Solution products, services and rates, ongoing marketing activities and important competitor products, pricing, strengths and opportunities.

  • Keep up to date with industry trends to assist educating our merchants.

  • Continue to enhance your skills by applying Moneris training programs.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

  • Sales experience with success in hitting targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Post-secondary education in business, commerce, marketing or a related field.. Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution.

  • Experience in restaurant, retail and self care industries.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence (written and verbal).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows.

  • Fluent in French and English.

Nice-to-have...

  • 1+ years experience in the payment industry.

  • Bilingualism in Mandarin/Cantonese an asset.
