We are the leading provider of paperless safety management, and we pride ourselves in creating innovative products that raise the standards of excellence in safety across multiple industries (think: construction and manufacturing, just to name a couple of our hot industries today). 

As a Bilingual Business Development Representative, you are the tip of the spear and responsible for developing new business opportunities. As the first line of communication with prospects, you must have a strong understanding of the value SiteDocs provides, excel at new relationships, building rapport, and setting our Sales Executives up for success. As a Business Development Representative, your efforts contribute significantly to new business acquisitions and impacting our new revenue goals.

 

Your Most Important Initiatives:

  • Clearly articulate the value of SiteDocs to generate interest in a product demonstration 
  • Qualify prospects to ensure mutual fit and the right people are at the demo 
  • Generate $150,000/year in revenue 
  • Generate 3 opportunities per week 
  • Generate 5 demonstrations per week 
  • Maintain 130 calls per day dialed through our outbound software Orum 
  • Provide detailed qualification notes to the Sales Executive Team 
  • Provide a value-driven and results-focused approach 
  • Be fanatical about our mission, values, and goals

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in English and French required
  • Experience in Health & Safety, SaaS or construction 
  • History of building relationships and rapport 
  • Experience in any sales related role 
  • Experience with cold calling and/or high volume calls 
  • Experience creating urgency and educating on a value proposition 
  • Familiar with being accountable to targets

We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance (medical, dental & vision), life insurance, 401(k) & paid time off. The expected compensation range for this position is about $62k-$65k CAD annually and additional commissions. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
