Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple internal and external sources
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, correlations, and insights
- Design and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, IT)
- Present findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visual storytelling
- Automate data pipelines and reporting processes to improve efficiency
- Evaluate business performance and recommend strategic actions
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling (in some roles)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Intelligence, or related field
- Experience analyzing large financial and accounting datasets
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics for financial data
- Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau.
- Experience with variance, trend, KPI analysis, and forecasting
- Ability to provide data-driven insights to support business decisions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of automation and reporting optimization
