Administer and configure Salesforce Lightning (Sales & Service Cloud), manage declarative automation (Flows, approvals, validation rules), ensure data quality, provide primary user support, create reports/dashboards, and support releases and roadmap improvements to enable sales teams.
Some of what you will do:
Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and performance of the Salesforce platform. Enable scalable execution by ensuring system stability, data integrity, and efficient workflows while supporting Sales Enablement teams in delivering user training and adoption.
Specifically, You Will:
- Administer and configure Salesforce Lightning, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, profiles, roles, permissions, layouts, and objects.
- Build and maintain declarative automation such as Flows, approval processes, and validation rules to support business requirements.
- Manage data quality, duplication, governance, and hygiene standards across account, contact, pipeline, and campaign data.
- Provide primary Salesforce user support, including access management, issue troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and system documentation.
- Create reports and dashboards, identify system inefficiencies, and support release cycles, enhancements, and roadmap-driven improvements.

Some of what you need:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification, ADM 201, required.
- 3–5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, preferably supporting sales organizations and pipeline management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency with declarative automation tools, with Flows preferred, along with strong data management and analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
