What are we looking for:

We are looking for an experienced AVP Sales, Canada to join our Sales Leadership team.

**Must reside In Territory. Metro Toronto Preferred


What you will be doing:

In this role, you will be an essential member of our Sales leadership team.

You will report to the Regional Vice President of Sales directly and be responsible for coaching and development of a team of Enterprise Sales Directors selling Semperis software solutions in their respective territories. Emphasis will be placed upon generating net new ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) according to company goals established.

This person should have experience in the enterprise software industry and start-up sales leadership of building within the corresponding territory.

  • Lead a high performing team through effective mentorship and guidance

  • Drive overall regional business strategy including analyzing market opportunity, providing insights to the executive team and leading go-to-market planning

  • Develop an annual sales plan in support of regional growth as well as planning and managing sales forecasts and communicating progress against targets regularly

  • Leverage strategic partnership and regional relationships to cultivate partner, distributor, channel development throughout the region

  • Drive continuous improvement on sales processes, documentation and tools to ensure success for the assigned region

  • Motivate and provide guidance to the team focused on increased revenue growth while improving overall performance and effectiveness

  • Attract top talent and build the sales organization to achieve growth goals

  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts to senior management while monitoring all metrics to ensure the team meets both sales and key selling objectives.

  • Be deeply involved in the region’s complex deals to help negotiate and close in a timely manner.

  • Build strong internal collaborative relationships with business development, marketing, channel, technical, and product teams.

  • Develop a strong understanding of our products, services, and competitive landscape.

What you will bring to the table:

  • Previous enterprise software sales leadership experience in a fast paced, high growth environment

  • Sales leadership experience in the cybersecurity industry

  • Prior proven regional build experience throughout Canada

  • Proven leadership experience of high performing sales teams

  • Understanding of the information security channel network of partners

  • Extensive knowledge of selling to Enterprise clients

  • Ability to travel required
