Position: Automation Developer

We are seeking a Senior Automation Developer with extensive experience in test automation, quality assurance, and software testing practices. The successful candidate will support testing initiatives across enterprise applications, helping ensure quality, performance, accessibility, and reliability through modern automation tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for automation within software processes.
  
• Design and execute QA tests using scripts that automatically validate functionality.
  
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
  
• Utilize and enhance automated testing frameworks.
  
• Investigate software issues identified through testing activities.
  
• Collaborate with QA analysts, business stakeholders, and development teams to resolve defects and improve quality.
  
• Provide recommendations regarding testing strategies, test plans, testing tools, and resource requirements.
  
• Plan and organize testing efforts for large-scale and complex systems, including:
  
• Functional testing
  
• Non-functional testing
  
• Systems integration testing
  
• User acceptance testing (UAT)
  
• Stress and performance testing
  
• Support cloud-based development environments and Agile/DevOps delivery practices.
  
• Participate in accessibility testing and remediation initiatives.
