The Adventure Ahead 🗺️

As an Associate Solution Deployment Manager, you are the architect of the first impression, ensuring our SMB customers transition seamlessly from "new user" to "platform power-user." You’ll bridge the gap between complex business needs and technical solutions, serving as the strategic guide that turns Docebo’s potential into a tangible superpower for teams around the globe. This isn't just about managing a checklist; it's about driving high-impact transformations and ensuring every learner's journey starts with a win.

The Day-to-Day 🛠️
  • Champion the Journey: Manage multiple concurrent projects for customers across different countries, ensuring every onboarding experience is world-class.

  • Define the Win: Partner with customers to identify and document key Success Criteria that will serve as the North Star for the duration of the engagement.

  • Master the Map: Develop and monitor comprehensive implementation schedules, including functional, customization, and technical integration projects to meet client objectives.

  • Bridge the Gaps: Facilitate and configure functional/technical specifications that align perfectly with a client’s unique enhancement and integration requirements.

  • Guard the Goal: Proactively prevent, identify, and communicate project risks both internally and externally to keep implementations on track.

  • Drive Alignment: Document and share project activities across Customer Success departments to ensure a seamless, continuous experience for our clients.

  • Optimize the Engine: Ensure all projects stay within utilization and budget targets while maintaining impeccable project documentation.

  • Problem-Solving Prowess: You have a natural inclination to resolve customer hurdles and an obsession with making your clients successful.

  • Proven Track Record: You bring 2+ years of experience in IT service implementation, technical consulting, or project management.

  • Project Mastery: You possess a deep understanding of consulting processes, the software implementation lifecycle, and core project management principles.

  • Technical Fluency: You have general knowledge of programming languages, REST Webservices, and ETL (Extract Load and Transform) data migration.

  • Linguistic Versatility: You are fluent in English (written and spoken) and ready to support a global, diverse client base.

  • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in high-energy environments and have experience working with Support, QA, and Product teams to crush customer issues.

  • Growth Mindset: You have a BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience) and a fierce desire to become a Docebo product expert.
