Since 2015, Mejuri has reimagined what fine jewelry can be in a modern world—shifting it from a traditional gift to to a personal choice rooted in self-expression.

Founded by third-generation jeweller Noura Sakkijha, the brand was built on a simple idea: fine jewelry shouldn’t require a special occasion, and it should never come with guilt. It’s about celebrating yourself—your style, your life, your everyday.

Mejuri meets customers where they are—online, in app, and through a growing global retail footprint of 58+ stores worldwide. Mejuri is also deeply committed to doing things the right way, with responsible sourcing, sustainable practices, and philanthropic initiatives that reflect our values and long-term vision.

Associate Product Manager
The Associate Product Manager (APM) at Mejuri will help build the tools, systems, and workflows that power Mejuri’s global, omnichannel business.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with a Senior or Group Product Manager to solve complex business problems that span e-commerce, retail, operations, and customer experience. Rather than focusing solely on feature delivery, you’ll work cross-functionally to translate real-world business challenges into practical, scalable product features and process improvements that drive measurable outcomes.

You’ll operate in a highly collaborative environment, working with teams across the organization to balance customer needs, operational realities, and technical constraints. You’ll also contribute to how your pod works day-to-day—bringing structure to ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and accountability

What you'll do:

  • Partner with various stakeholders from Associate to Senior Manager across the organization to create and own the product strategy and roadmap for your scope.
  • Lead your cross-functional team to deliver measurable business impact through scalable improvements in metrics that you help define.
  • Champion the data your products and features generate, collaborating with the Data team to ensure it’s well understood and leveraged for business reporting.
  • Conduct data analysis to uncover opportunities, design A/B tests and define success measures (KPIs).
  • Run and measure the impact of A/B tests to optimize the omni experience and drive key performance outcomes.
  • Translate business and product strategies into detailed user stories and requirements with developers and product designers.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of features, improvements, and fixes by prioritizing effectively, managing scope, and ensuring clear communication.
  • Share insights and learnings both within your pod and across the broader organization.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Technical fluency with an understanding of system design and technical trade-offs.
  • Strong product judgment and curiosity — you ask thoughtful questions, clarify ambiguous problems, and connect your work to real customer and business outcomes.
  • Comfort with data and metrics — you can define what success looks like, use data to inform decisions, and learn from results, even when information is imperfect.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented — you dive deep into data and use insights to drive business goals.
  • Bias toward execution — you can prioritize effectively with guidance, manage trade-offs, and make progress in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Collaborative influence — you communicate clearly, work well with technical and non-technical partners, and align stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
  • Learning mindset and ownership — you seek feedback, adapt quickly, and take accountability for outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Interest or experience in implementing automations and leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency.

Benefits at Mejuri:

  • A minimum of four weeks vacation, plus personal days and three religious/cultural observance days.
  • A hybrid work model for all corporate roles
