What We Need

We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to support our product team in researching customer needs, coordinating cross-functional work, and helping bring new features to market. This person will assist Product Managers with market research, documentation, and launch coordination while building foundational skills in product management. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical instincts, clear communication, and a genuine eagerness to learn the craft of product management in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment.


What You'll Do

  • Assist Product Managers in researching customer needs, market trends, and competitive products to support product strategy and feature development.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including user stories, feature descriptions, and internal knowledge resources.
  • Help gather and organize customer feedback from sales, support, and other internal teams to identify product improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with engineering, design, QA, and other teams to learn the product development process and help track feature progress.
  • Assist in maintaining product roadmaps, project timelines, and internal product updates to ensure stakeholders remain informed.
  • Provide coordination support for product launches, including helping prepare internal materials, training resources, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Assist with product testing, validation of features, and documentation of issues to support quality and usability.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of the company’s products, customers, and industry.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, consulting, or a related field. Relevant internships, academic projects, or extracurricular experience may be considered.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret information from multiple sources.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document ideas, requirements, and feedback.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about customer needs, technology products, and market trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with common business tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and collaboration tools.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop product management skills through hands-on experience and mentorship
  • Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.
  • Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.

What We Offer

Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.

For this role, the estimated base is CAD $75,000 - CAD $100,000 + Bonus. 

The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
