As the Order Entry Specialist – Vehicle Ordering on our Factory Ordering team, you will be a subject matter expert providing support to fleets ensuring efficiency and accuracy on their factory and stock orders, ultimately providing an effective wing to wing process. This position offers the opportunity to build skillset and develop process management and communication skills that can lead to other opportunities within the business.
A Day in the Life

Place vehicle orders in the Element system in an accurate and efficient manner.

Review and process bulk order spreadsheets in an accurate and efficient manner.

Provides support to fleets by acting as a subject matter expert & liaison to ensure delivery of an effective wing to wing “vehicle acquisition administration” process.

Deliver value by improving responsiveness as a result of centralized & standardized processing, increasing scalability, and elimination of non-value add exception processes.

Accurately place Import orders on manufacturers ordering systems.

Review all orders for required content as well as special notes and exceptions.

Follow up with internal stakeholders on orders that are incomplete or have errors.

Understand the Import manufacturers systems.

Ensure 100% accuracy of order entry on behalf of internal & external customer ordering needs as per SOP and audit process.

Daily contact with internal stakeholders to assist with order processing.
Requirements

High school diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

1 to 2 years business experience

Must have previous experience in data or order entry.

Experience with Microsoft Suite, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or comparable software application.

Must have strong attention to detail and strong accuracy skills.

Automotive/Fleet Industry experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
