  • Help manage multiple ongoing priorities and complex tasks, assisting teams in meeting deadlines and business goals.

  • Assist with project management processes, including creative briefs, workback schedules, planogram reviews, approvals, and campaign deployment.

  • Partner with internal and external agency teams: help develop creative briefs, support asset creation, review assets for accuracy, and facilitate stakeholder sign-off before launch.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape, especially in Consumer Electronics, Beauty, or Home Appliances, and share insights with the team.

  • Uphold Dyson’s brand standards by supporting the delivery of sales-driven campaigns that align with Canadian business priorities.

  • Provide support for asset distribution: assist with digital asset databases, shipping and handling for physical product materials, and oversight of inventory and storage systems.

  • Help analyze campaign performance and contribute data-driven suggestions for improvement across retail and ecommerce strategies.

  • Advocate for continuous innovation, proactively spotting opportunities and supporting the development of new ideas.

About you
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-4 years of equivalent work experience including business experience with a Manufacturer, CPG and/or Beauty brand.

  • Exceptional communication skills; comfortable leading projects and collaborating across teams.

  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.

  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage competing deadlines, and deliver results under pressure.

  • Creative thinker and curious learner, with a can-do, entrepreneurial approach to challenges.

  • Deep understanding of creative workflows for 2D/3D graphics, digital and video formats.

  • Agency experience: briefing, coordinating, and reviewing creative work for brand consistency.

  • Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Tableau, SAP Ariba, and file-sharing tools.
