Accelerating Life-Changing Solutions to Global Healthcare Challenges is the vision that unites us through a shared sense of purpose, whatever the role.

It speaks about the significant challenges that exist within global healthcare, and how we, as one team, can help to deliver better solutions and outcomes for our partners and for patients everywhere, sooner. Your job description outlines the important role and responsibilities that you have in achieving this vision.

Importantly too is how we go about living our vision.  This is defined by the Prime mission:

Through a pioneering fusion of the finest expertise in science, strategy, evidence, technology and creativity we deliver the world-class outcomes that our global partners trust to achieve their goals.

It speaks of collaboration and to everyone’s responsibility to bring together the diverse expertise that exists across our team to deliver world-class outcomes.

On this foundation, we have defined four core values, these represent the shared principles that guide our behaviors every day, whatever your role:

Be Brave, Be Human, Be Passionate, Be Exceptional.

Our Market Access Writers work alongside members of the Evidence & Access (E&A) team and prepare a range of global, payer focused, market access deliverables using the principles of evidence-based medicine, public health policy, health economic and health outcomes. They develop an understanding of country landscapes and technical issues (e.g. clinical evidence, economic evaluation) relating to patient access to medicines and healthcare. They work across a variety of therapy areas and filter key information using judgment based on project objectives.

With support from senior members of the team, Market Access Writers conduct literature searches, evidence reviews, and secondary research and use these to incorporate into the writing of payer value dossiers, publications, and reports to support clients in their reimbursement submissions and wider payer communications.

Ideal candidates will have the ability to apply scientific knowledge and interpretation to deliver clearly written deliverables incorporating principles of health economics, outcomes research, and an understanding of the payer healthcare landscape too. This role is performed within a fast-paced agency setting where time management and effective communication skills are essential, as you will be in teams, delivering multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring quality standards are met.
