POSITION SUMMARY: 

As our next Associate Creative Director (ACD), you’ll be steering the creative ship while keeping it fun. You'll work closely with Creative Leadership and lead a team of genius designers and copywriters.  Your job? Guide the team, nurture fresh ideas, and deliver the kind of work that makes jaws drop.This role leverages extensive design expertise to create content that combines innovative visuals with targeted messaging. A hands-on professional that applies advanced knowledge of the client’s market, brand, and strategies to craft compelling visual designs and narratives.

JOB DUTIES

  • Conceptualize and develop killer creative for our super cool clients (seriously, they’re awesome)
  • Leverages creative experience and advanced knowledge of visual design and development to stimulate innovative designs from ideation to execution and delivery
  • Be able to lead designers to deliver craft and quality while also being able to jump in yourself
  • Collaborate with account managers to make sure the work is as strategic as it is beautiful
  • Pitch creative ideas to clients with flair (and a touch of magic)
  • Stay on top of trends and technologies
  • Mentor junior talent and build an environment where creativity thrives

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of creative experience in an agency setting, with at least 2 in a leadership role
  • A portfolio that makes us say "wow" and then "how do we do that?"
  • Expertise in concepting and executing across channels—digital, print, video, social—you know it all
  • A knack for balancing big ideas with real-world execution (yep, we need both)
  • Excellent communication skills. You'll be presenting to clients, and we want you to have fun with it.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and turn tight deadlines into creative opportunities
  • Experience with dynamic content optimization ( DCO) a plus.
  • A leadership style that's inspiring, supportive and little fun

The salary range for this position based in NYC is $110k minimum - $140k maximum per annum. Compensation varies depending on location, and job-related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs.
