POSITION SUMMARY:
JOB DUTIES
- Conceptualize and develop killer creative for our super cool clients (seriously, they’re awesome)
- Leverages creative experience and advanced knowledge of visual design and development to stimulate innovative designs from ideation to execution and delivery
- Be able to lead designers to deliver craft and quality while also being able to jump in yourself
- Collaborate with account managers to make sure the work is as strategic as it is beautiful
- Pitch creative ideas to clients with flair (and a touch of magic)
- Stay on top of trends and technologies
- Mentor junior talent and build an environment where creativity thrives
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of creative experience in an agency setting, with at least 2 in a leadership role
- A portfolio that makes us say "wow" and then "how do we do that?"
- Expertise in concepting and executing across channels—digital, print, video, social—you know it all
- A knack for balancing big ideas with real-world execution (yep, we need both)
- Excellent communication skills. You'll be presenting to clients, and we want you to have fun with it.
- The ability to thrive under pressure and turn tight deadlines into creative opportunities
- Experience with dynamic content optimization ( DCO) a plus.
- A leadership style that's inspiring, supportive and little fun

The salary range for this position based in NYC is $110k minimum - $140k maximum per annum. Compensation varies depending on location, and job-related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs.
