We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director to help lead the visual identity and creative function for Knix. As an Associate Creative Director, you’ll bring campaigns to life that inspire, engage, and drive results. You'll define the creative vision across product launches, photography, web, video, email marketing, social media, and retail marketing. You’ll champion and elevate the Knix brand, ensuring its visual identity is cohesive, impactful, and resonates with diverse audiences across all channels.

The Opportunity
- Drive the strategic direction and production of creative assets, from concept to execution, delivering solutions that generate buzz and achieve business goals.
- Ideate and lead (where applicable) creative productions/shoots, making decisions on shot lists, props, budgets, and models to ensure impactful, on-brand campaigns.
- Partner with graphic designers, art directors, copywriters, producers, and stakeholders across Retention Marketing, Brand Marketing, Content, Retail Marketing, and Community to deliver cohesive, standout creative.
- Continuously refine and extend Knix’s visual identity, drawing inspiration from customer insights, cultural trends, and contemporary design.
- Elevate brand storytelling through video, animation, illustration, and user-generated content, ensuring a unified and compelling brand narrative.
- Provide guidance and constructive feedback to nurture your team’s growth and ensure the highest standard of creative output.
- Source and oversee freelance designers, animators, and video creators, providing direction to achieve exceptional results.
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience with established brands, including building design systems and crafting strong visual identities.
- A BFA, BS, or MFA in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools.
- A standout portfolio showcasing your ability to direct and design forward-thinking creative within a brand style that drives engagement and delivers results.
- Proven ability to absorb briefs, understand audiences, build compelling visions, and execute swiftly.
- A strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to provide thoughtful feedback to push creative boundaries.
- Demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing and directing e-commerce, lifestyle, and product photography.
- Deep understanding of branding, photography, design, video, and cultural trends.
