What you will do:
The Programs Manager is responsible for establishing and executing omni-channel content marketing programs for CTC brands while creating a consistent and optimized customer journey. Working with channel owners in eCommerce, digital marketing, strategic marketing, brand marketing, print marketing, in-store marketing, and promo programs, this role works to develop high-performing content with a ‘create once, publish everywhere’ philosophy and ensuring a consistent experience for our customers across all customer touchpoints.  

 

  • Translate marketing objectives into results-driven, creative and inspiring omni-channel content that focuses on storytelling for the customer

  • Collaborate with cross functional groups and continuously find innovative ways to incorporate content across our channels and ensuring a consistent customer journey.

  • Establish and manage project timelines & deliverables while providing stakeholders project status updates

  • Measure creative results through data, providing insight and presenting reports to executives for larger creative campaigns

  • Execute strategies and put it into action from conception to market, leveraging all capabilities of the creative and production teams to launch content for all marketing and digital channels (paid and organic).

  • Manage requests from internal clients, evaluate requirements, identify content opportunities based on objectives, align on all channel requirements, actively determine solutions and integration opportunities across the organization, develop internal omni-channel briefs, identify omni-channel resource requirements both internal & contract, develop project plans, establish budgets, brief creative and production teams, and ensure content is delivered based on the channel requirements and our creative standards.

  • Responsible for chairing & leading meetings to present creative to “internal clients” in order to share work, discuss feedback, advocate for the creative work as required, build consensus around next steps, communicate results post-meeting to the project team (Creative Director, Designers, Writers, Producers, 3rd party as required)

  • Collaborate closely with content Producers on the project requirements and work together to find creative solutions as it pertains to original video and original photography.

What you will do:

  • University education in business/commerce, marketing, or a related field is required.

  • 5-10 years of experience working in account management, creative project management in an agency or other creative teams

  • Experience managing programs for both digital and traditional marketing with an understanding in paid media, best practices and creative execution.

  • Proven track record of success leading small and large creative programs across all media channels

  • Expertise in: Microsoft Office, PM Tools and Workflow systems

STAND OUT EXPERIENCE:

Production experience- 3+ years in managing productions, in-house shoots, handling and managing SKUs

Broadband Salary Range: 64,000.00 - 106,000.00 CAD Annual

Our typical hiring range is between $75,000.00 - 85,000.00 CAD per annum. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements
