We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient individual to join the Customer Acquisition team for a 12-Month contract, reporting to the Manager, In-Store Customer Acquisition. In this role, you will take ownership of team accounting tasks, vendor contract management, acquisition program maintenance and support, and results reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities

The In-Store Customer Acquisition team is responsible for bringing new Triangle credit card members into the Triangle Rewards ecosystem. In this role, your primary responsibility will be budget management, including:

  • Tracking budget actuals versus plans

  • Invoice approvals and processing

  • Purchase Orders

  • Monthly Accruals & Variance reporting

  •  Acquisition results tracking and reporting

  • Onboarding of new vendors supporting Customer Acquisition initiatives

  • Contract development and amendments related to existing vendors & partners

  • Ownership of assigned Customer Acquisition initiatives and programs

  • Oversight of marketing collateral inventories and re-ordering

  • Ad hoc team support, reporting, and analytical tasks

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or marketing-related discipline.

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting, marketing or customer acquisition, with experience in the banking or financial services industry considered an asset.

  • Solid technical skills and proficiency in MS Excel, formula writing, and regular expressions. Experience with Coupa, ProcessUnity, and PowerBI considered an asset.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team of risk professionals.

Broadband Salary Range:  $27/hr – $45/hr
Our typical hiring range is between $30/hr and $33/hr. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.  #LI-NZ2
