Title: ABM Rum & Liqueurs 

Level: L6 

Location: Toronto 

Function: Marketing - Rum & Liqueurs

ROLE PURPOSE: 

Support delivery of the Canada brand agenda for Rum & Liqueurs, executing brand plans, activations, innovation support, reporting, and cross-functional coordination that help the portfolio grow in market. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Support annual brand planning, activation development, and performance routines for Rum & Liqueurs. 

  • Coordinate projects, briefs, approvals, budgets, timelines, samples, assets, and agency deliverables. 

  • Prepare analysis on brand performance, consumer/shopper trends, competitive activity, and activation results. 

  • Partner with Sales and CSP to adapt brand materials into customer- and channel-ready execution tools. 

  • Support innovation, packaging, events, promotions, and communications workstreams as assigned. 

  • Maintain organized documentation, status reporting, and cross-functional follow-up for brand initiatives. 

  • Ensure responsible marketing and compliance requirements are followed in all materials and activations. 

Key Outputs: 

  • Project plans, trackers, and status updates for Rum & Liqueurs initiatives. 

  • Brand performance reports and activation post-evaluations. 

  • Customer/channel materials, briefs, and asset-management outputs. 

  • Budget, invoice, approval, and agency coordination records. 

  • Innovation, packaging, and launch support deliverables. 

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

  • 3+ years of brand, marketing, agency, category, commercial, or project-management experience. 

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, agencies, and stakeholders. 

  • Understanding of consumer brands, activation, digital/media, or customer execution preferred. 

  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and strong written/verbal communication skills. 

Working with Us

Compensation Range: $57,750.00 CAD - $96,250.00 CAD
