We are seeking an Associate Account Executive to join our sales team and drive revenue growth across our commercial accounts. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic and growth-oriented customer accounts, driving renewals, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle.

- Manage a portfolio of strategic and growth-oriented commercial accounts, including renewals and account expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including strategic public sector clients such as municipalities and Supply Ontario accounts.
- Work closely with vendors, distributors, Account Executives, and internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing solutions for customers.
- Independently manage and close sales transactions.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct basic discovery calls and virtual product demonstrations when required.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities using tools such as Salesforce and Jira.
- Partner with Account Executives to advance and close strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, support, operations, and product teams to ensure customer success.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics.
- 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer success, or a related sales role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience preparing customer quotes, proposals, and pricing
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously
- Experience using sales and workflow tools such as Salesforce, Jira, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience working with technology, software, or IT solutions is an asset
- Experience working with vendors, distributors, or channel partners is preferred
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented
