12-Month Rotational Journey
Gain cross-functional exposure across key business areas such as Strategy, Operations, Supply Chain,Product, Finance, Marketing, Organizational Capability.

Business & Strategic Exposure
Work on real business challenges, contribute to strategic initiatives, and develop a strong understanding of how different functions come together to drive organizational success.

Business Partnering Mindset
Collaborate with functional leaders to support decision-making, drive performance, and enable business outcomes.

Leadership & Capability Development
Build core managerial skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, decision-making, and execution through structured learning and mentorship.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with global teams across regions and functions, gaining exposure to diverse markets and business models.

What We’re Looking For


Education
Recent graduate with Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related fields (e.g., MBA, or equivalent).

Business Exposure
Work experience in areas such as business operations, consulting, strategy, product, marketing, finance, or org. capability.

Communication Skills
Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to structure ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop practical, business-oriented solutions.

Digital & Business Tools
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with data analysis tools, dashboards, or enterprise systems is an advantage.

Collaboration & Teamwork
Proven ability to work effectively in teams through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.

Adaptability & Learning Agility
Comfortable working in dynamic environments, with the ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges.

Drive & Ownership
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of accountability.
