More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as an Application Engineer to join our LED Lamps & Luminaires Application Engineering team onsite in Burlington, MA.

  • Provide technical and application support to R&D, customers, and commercial and project teams by conducting application and qualification tests and providing application insights and evaluations.

  • Support marketing, sales, and key account teams by providing R&D and market insights, conducting benchmark studies, doing competitor analysis, and gathering customer feedback.

  • Conduct front-end application studies identifying new opportunities for LED Lamps & Luminaires.

  • Support customer service via in-depth analysis of field returns and organize technical trainings to internal and external customers.

More about you

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or related

  • Good technical understanding of lighting technology and lighting products

  • 5+ years of working experience in product development, lighting application and/or technical field support; experience in LED lighting product development is highly preferred

  • Clear and concise communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and a team player

  • Salary:  $106,700 - 156,530 based on experience

  • Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 10%
