What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Senior Actuarial Analyst – Financial Results & Performance (Group Insurance), you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the production of financial results, including reserve valuation and capital-related components.

  • Support recurring monitoring activities (key indicators, analyses, variance explanations) and contribute to informed decision-making.

  • Perform or update assumption and experience analyses, document methodological choices, and quantify impacts (basis changes, parameters, rates, expenses).

  • Develop, modernize, and enhance the reliability of actuarial tools, including calculations, controls, data collection, and documentation, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and maintainability.

  • Analyze and interpret results in collaboration with managers, and effectively communicate insights to various stakeholders (finance, pricing, leadership), including the preparation of summaries and recommendations.

What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science and a minimum of two years of actuarial experience, ideally in financial results analysis or group insurance.

  • Has passed one or more actuarial exams (SOA or CIA) and is actively pursuing the A.C.I.A. designation.

  • Demonstrates a strong interest in programming and automation.

  • Recognized for rigor and the ability to perform in-depth analyses.

  • Stands out for a continuous improvement mindset and structured thinking.

  • Demonstrates a high level of autonomy, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Has an intermediate level of proficiency in English, as the role requires regular reading and understanding of documentation in English.
