L’Analyste financier principal(e), Planification et analyse financières, sera responsable de la planification et de l’analyse financières, de l’élaboration et de la présentation des modèles financiers et du suivi des écarts pour le portefeuille des revenus liés à l’approvisionnement.

Responsabilités spécifiques

  • Agir en tant que partenaire d’affaires de l’équipe Approvisionnement stratégique.

  • Fournir des conseils financiers et du soutien à la direction.

  • Responsable de la planification financière pour l’équipe Approvisionnement (budget, fcst et plan à long terme).

  • Élaborer, tenir à jour et communiquer des analyses périodiques des écarts.

  • Développer, tenir à jour et communiquer des tableaux de bord financiers périodiques avec ICP.

  • Fournir des analyses des risques et des opérations et collaborer de façon proactive avec la direction pour les gérer.

  • Présenter le rendement financier et les tableaux de bord à la direction.

  • Élaborer des analyses de coûts par activités et collaborer avec l’entreprise pour gérer la rentabilité des coûts.

  • Élaborer des modèles financiers pour soutenir la direction de façon ponctuelle.Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe comptable et opérationnelle pour s’assurer que les dépenses sont codées dans le bon grand livre général et qu’elles sont alignées sur le plan.

  • Soutenir ou diriger des projets spéciaux au besoin

Exigences du poste

  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire.

  • Baccalauréat en commerce avec spécialisation en finance ou en gestion comptable.

  • Titre comptable CPA requis. Un MBA avec des compétences en finances sera également pris en compte.

  • Faire preuve d’un raisonnement stratégique, innovateur et proactif avec le désir de travailler dans un environnement en évolution.

  • Bon raisonnement analytique, organisé et autonome.

  • Capacité de remettre en question le statu quo et excellentes habiletés en communications interpersonnelles et en leadership.

  • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication, autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

  • Bilinguisme (oral et écrit).

  • Expertise dans les analyses d’affaires et les modèles financiers.

  • Attitude flexible et approche des solutions d’affaires avec un sentiment d’urgence.

  • Excellentes compétences informatiques et maîtrise de MS Office (notamment les applications Excel et PowerPoint).

Le.la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. Job Summary

The Sr. Analyst, FP&A, will be responsible for financial planning & analysis, the development & presentation of financial models and variance tracking for the Procurement revenue portfolio. 

Specific Responsibilities

  • Act as a business partner to the Strategic Procurement team

  • Provide financial guidance and support to Management

  • Responsible to do financial planning for the Procurement team (budget, fcst and long-range plan)

  • Develop, maintain and communicate periodic variance analyses

  • Develop, maintain and communicate periodic financial dashboards with KPI

  • Provide risks & ops analyses and proactively partner with management to govern them

  • Present financial performance and dashboards to management

  • Develop cost analysis by activities and partner with the business in managing cost efficiency

  • Develop financial models to support management on an ad hoc basis

  • Work closely with the accounting and operational team in making sure expenses are coded in the right GL and are aligned with plan

  • Support or lead special projects as needed

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance or Accounting.

  • CPA designation required. An MBA with a Finance background will also be considered

  • Strategic, innovative, proactive thinker with a desire to work in a changing environment

  • Strong analytical background, organized, and autonomous

  • Ability to challenge the status quo with strong interpersonal skills & leadership abilities

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Bilingual (written and oral) French/ English

  • Demonstrates expertise in business analysis and financial modeling

  • Flexible attitude and approach to business solutions with a sense of urgency

  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (predominantly Excel and PowerPoint)

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$82,400 - $137,400
