• Preparing Asset Management Fee calculations, estimates, supporting analyses, and related revenue and corporate recharge billing activities, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of transactions.

• Supporting operational accounting activities across assigned regions, including intercompany transactions, cross-border chargebacks, invoice processing and coding, cash management, funding-related requests, and other accounting matters.

• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities, including preparing supporting schedules, analyzing financial results, and providing explanations for significant variances.

• Collaborating with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Human Resources, external auditors, tax advisors, and regional stakeholders to resolve accounting matters and ensure timely completion of reporting and operational deliverables.

• Supporting the maintenance of effective financial controls, accounting policies, and reporting procedures to ensure compliance with internal requirements and applicable accounting standards.

• Identifying opportunities to improve accounting and financial reporting processes, strengthen internal controls, and support system enhancements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Supporting ad hoc financial analyses, accounting projects, and operational initiatives across assigned legal entities and regions, ensuring timely completion and appropriate escalation of issues.
