Allied is currently seeking an Analyst, Data Integrity to join the Data Integrity team in Toronto.

What will you do?
- Maintain and improve the consistency, quality and protection of data in our systems to meet overall business needs.
- Complete Yardi set-ups and updates of all data inputs, including but not limited to properties, suites, vendors and customers.
- Review changes completed in Yardi to ensure that changes were made correctly and in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures.
- Work closely with the Lease Administration team to ensure the accuracy, consistency and timeliness of tenant set-ups in Yardi.
- Update and maintain all the commercial system configuration requirements, chart of accounts and accounts trees in Yardi.
- Work closely with the Accounting department in setting up tenant recovery pools and methodologies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities in Yardi.
- Assist with testing of new Yardi software releases before implementation.
- Support the process of developing, testing and deploying custom reports in Yardi.
- Assist with administering SAP Concur, an employee expense management software.
- Serve as a liaison between functional business areas and the Technology team to ensure that data related business requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and well understood.
- Assist the Director of Data Integrity in organization-wide data governance activities.
What are we looking for?
- A university or college degree in Information Technology or a related field; a strong accounting background is considered an asset.
- 2-4 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate.
- Experience with Yardi ERP system.
- Strong understanding of business systems.
- Strong computer skills, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Proven capability to work well under pressure and successfully meet deadlines within a time-sensitive environment without compromising data integrity.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to embrace change with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and reporting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization.
- Strong oral and written communication and time management skills.
- Experience in information systems implementations or conversions.
- Comprehensive understanding of commercial lease terminologies.
- Experience with MS Power BI or any other business intelligence tools.
- Fluency in French.
