Manage end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for more than 300 Canadian employees across multiple provinces using ADP Workforce Now. Responsibilities include payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, statutory remittances, year-end reporting, benefits and retirement administration, journal entries, system enhancements, compliance, and employee support. The role serves as the payroll and benefits subject matter expert, partners with HR and Finance, supports audits, and improves payroll processes and controls.

Leads organization-wide budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, performance analysis, management reporting, capital planning, and financial modeling. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to evaluate risks, opportunities, strategic initiatives, and capital allocation. Oversees FP&A tools and process improvements while developing dashboards, Board reporting, and a high-performing FP&A team.

The Valuation Accountant will support property valuations, assess Argus models for accuracy, and assist in financial decision-making.

As a Corporate Accountant, you will manage the full accounting cycle, prepare reconciliations, assist in financial reporting, and support budgeting processes.
